Nous cherchons également en permanence à lier connaissance avec les professionnels des métiers du droit et de la finance. De ce fait, ceux-ci nous rencontrent même en dehors d’un mandat spécifique. Ainsi, lorsqu’un client nous fait part d’un besoin précis, cela nous permet de réagir plus rapidement à sa requête. Le niveau d’expérience de nos candidats se situe tout autant en début de carrière qu’à un stade avancé de celle-ci.

Après des études de droit, Charles Simon Thomas débute professionnellement en tant que juriste, d’abord en entreprise informatique immobilière puis dans le domaine de l’informatique des marchés financiers. En 1990, il démarre sa carrière de conseil en recrutement, au sein d’un groupe anglo-saxon dont il devient associé. En 1994, Charles Simon Thomas lance une activité de recrutement juridique et financier d’abord aux Pays-Bas puis en France au sein de sa structure éponyme.
Charles Simon Thomas, a Dutch citizen, was educated at the International College in Beirut. He lives in France since 1974. After graduating in law in Paris, he started out as in-house lawyer with a software company in the construction sector and then with a capital markets software company. His career as a recruitment consultant started in 1990 at an Anglo-Saxon group where he became a partner. In 1994, he created his own firm specializing in legal, tax and banking recruitment, first in Rotterdam and later in Paris.
